How do I set a Reminder?

If you wish to receive regular reminders for your meditation practice, you can follow these easy steps:

  1. Tap More and select My Reminders
  2. Tap on the + icon to add a new reminder.
  3. Choose the time of day when you want to receive the reminder.
  4. Select the day(s) of the week when you want to receive the reminder.
  5. Set the bell sound that you want to hear with the reminder.
  6. Tap Save Reminder to finalise the setting.
