What does the SUDS graph show?

The SUDS graph displays your overall level of distress with avoided situations each time you review your progress. It shows the average score for all situations.

For instance, if parking in town causes 60% distress, shopping in town causes 65% distress, and socialising causes 80% distress, the “Initial” score on the graph will be the average of these initial scores, which is rounded to 68.

When you record your progress with avoidance of these situations by re-rating your level of distress, “Review 1” will appear on the graph. It will show the updated average score for all situations. For example, if parking in town now creates 40% distress, shopping in town causes 45% distress, and socialising causes 30% distress, the “Review 1” score on the graph will be the average of these updated scores, which is rounded to 38.33. Each subsequent review is calculated in the same way.

You can easily delete a result located below the graph by swiping it to the left and tapping the trash can icon.
